To benefit from these partner‑powered features, activate Partner Services.
For example, enable Plug & Charge service and enjoy a seamless charging experience on public charging networks. With Plug & Charge you can simply plug in your vehicle to trigger the charge automatically on compatible stations thanks to our partner Free2Move Charge.
Additional features will be added over time, so stay tuned.

Plug & Charge service makes public charging effortless and automatic, in just a few taps.
After subscribing to Partner Services, you will need to complete a few steps in the Free2move Charge app to complete the activation of Plug & Charge feature. From there, you can request Plug & Charge and follow the instructions.
Once activated, Plug & Charge lets you simply plug in your vehicle and charging starts automatically at compatible stations. There is no need to open an app, use an RFID card or pay manually at the charger.
When the vehicle is plugged in, Plug & Charge securely links your vehicle to the charging network. Each time you connect at a supported station, authentication, charging, and payment all happen in the background, fast, secure, and hassle-free.
In the Free2move Charge app, you will also find detailed reports after each Plug & Charge session, so you can track your charging history, monitor costs, and stay in full control. Know exactly where, when, and how much you’ve charged. This feature is available on selected models only.
Taking advantage of the services provided by our partners is really simple.
Just subscribe to Partner Services at no additional cost clicking the "Activate now" button when you are logged in your personal area. Follow the steps in the email you will receive to complete the setup. This allows the third party to securely activate and manage the service remotely.
Partner Services activation is a one‑time process and applies to all related services.
After activation, follow the steps provided to complete the setup of the partner feature.
